Thank you for expressing an interest in learning more about the benefits of joining the Landscape Design Association! We share our knowledge and expertise to advance as individuals and to raise the standards for our industry. We hold a wide range of events during the year (scheduled to not conflict with our busy seasons). These events take place throughout the metropolitan area and include programs and workshops on such topics as design, plant materials, hardscapes, business management, technology, legal issues and other subjects that relate to the landscape industry. We hold networking opportunities for our members with a special consideration for our new members.
Our noted publication, Covering Ground, keeps us updated with valuable articles and timely information. We tour suppliers and vendors. We host an annual garden walk and holiday party. Member benefits include listing in and access to our membership data base.

Annual dues are $100 for Full Membership. Associate Member ships are available to employees of current members for $50. The LDA membership year runs from January 1st – December 31st. Membership dues are not prorated. Applications received from September through December will apply to the upcoming year and will include a listing in the annual LDA membership directory. Members joining from January through September will not be listed in the directory but will receive all other benefits including a listing on the LDA website.
